Stunning beachfront views from our suite.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing. The food was subpar, lacking variety and flavor, and we often found options unavailable. Additionally, the customer service was very unhelpful, causing frustration from check-in to check-out. Miscommunication led to unnecessary stress during our stay.

We had an amazing stay in the 2 Bedroom Beachside Suite where the daily room service kept everything spotless, and we really enjoyed the complimentary kayaks. The beach access was super convenient, and relaxing by the outdoor pool was the perfect way to unwind. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited at times, so getting there early might be a good idea. ☀️

Great beachfront access and lovely staff, but Wi-Fi isn't free and kind of expensive.

This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped with tech issues during my first stay. Great beach access, a saltwater pool, and fantastic snorkeling gear rental. Don't miss the massage services! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The location offers a fantastic beachfront view, providing idyllic settings for relaxation or leisurely strolls along the shore. The Beachfront Suite includes direct access to the sand. The sound of waves adds to the serene atmosphere.

Check-in was a hassle due to a surprise requirement to book an additional night for a late arrival, which wasn't communicated in advance. The swim-up bar sees inconsistent service making waits lengthy, and the quality of cocktails was hit or miss depending on who made them. Additionally, the pool had issues at times, with green water and limited maintenance resulting in a few un-swimmable days. Dining options fell short as well. food quality was inconsistent and often cold when arriving.

Inconsistency in service left a lot to be desired!!! Frustrating room upgrades required multiple requests, and the frozen fish served at dinner felt out of place at such a so-called luxury resort!!!

I enjoyed amazing beachfront views from my room. The pool area was a perfect retreat during the day. Kayaking and snorkeling were fun and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I will definitely return! 🌊

The beachside suite was clean and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing getaway. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, as there was no early access despite arriving before 3 PM, and the dining service struggled, leading to long waits for meals. This overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience.

I had an incredible five-night stay. The snorkeling was absolutely amazing right in front of our unit, and our beachfront suite offered stunning views. Breakfast options were fresh and satisfying, making every morning enjoyable!

We had an awesome time with friends! The snorkeling at Aroa Lagoon was amazing, and we enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. The games room was a hit too. Just a heads up, breakfast options could run low, so get there early.
